Our all natural face mask functions as a traditional clay based mask does, however the raw African Black Soap combined with pure Bentonite clay and aloe vera gel provides multi-functional benefits. 

Key Ingredients:

• African Black Soap: Renowned for its purifying and clarifying properties, African black soap gently cleanses and detoxifies the skin, removing impurities, excess oil, and dead skin cells to reveal a clearer, more radiant complexion.
• Bentonite Clay: Known for its deep-cleansing and detoxifying abilities, bentonite clay helps to draw out toxins, unclog pores, and absorb excess oil, leaving the skin feeling refreshed, balanced, and revitalized.
• Aloe Vera Gel: Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, aloe vera gel soothes and hydrates the skin, helping to reduce inflammation, soothe irritation, and promote healing for a calmer, more comfortable complexion.
• Vitamin E Oil: A potent antioxidant, vitamin E oil helps to protect the skin from environmental damage, while promoting healing and regeneration for a smoother, more youthful-looking complexion.
• Tea Tree Essential Oil: Known for its antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, tea tree essential oil helps to combat acne-causing bacteria, reduce inflammation, and soothe irritated skin, leaving it clear, balanced, and blemish-free.

• You can opt to let it set as a clay mask, allowing it to dry for 10 minutes before washing it off.
• You can also use as a face wash by mixing a pea-sized amount with water to make a paste, rub in to wet skin for up to 60 seconds and rinse off with warm water. The granules from the African Black Soap act as a light exfoliator helping to remove dead skin.
• You can use the masque as a spot treatment for specific problem areas on the face and body. Apply a thin layer of the Afri Masque over the desired area and let dry. Wash off with warm water after 10 minutes.
• You can use the masque as a hair treatment mask as part of your deep cleansing and conditioning hair care routine. 

Use once a week for an intense skin detox without drying out your skin. 

FACE MASK:

Wash face with our Afri Face and body cleanser or gentle cleanser of your choice before applying a thin even layer of the Afri face Masque. Avoid the eyes and lips and any areas that are extra sensitive. Leave on for 10 -15 minutes, until dry, then wash off with warm water. 

Bonus step: Gently exfoliate your skin by simply adding a little water to your finger tips and massage in to the dried face mask in circular motions to dampen it and allow the small particles from the coco pod ash to gently exfoliate your skin and remove any dead skin cells for a smooth and soft finish. 

CLAY FACE WASH:

Our Afri Face Masque is multi-purpose. You can use it as a face and body wash by taking a small amount in the palm of your hand, adding water to make a liquid paste to use as a cleanser, without allowing time to set. Simply rub in and wash off for a squeaky-clean finish. 

Aqua (water), 100% natural Bentonite clay, raw African Black soap: Cocos Nucifera Fruit Extract (Virgin Coconut Oil), Butyrospermum parkii (unrefined organic shea butter), cocoa pod ash, aloe vera gel, Tocopherol (Vitamin E oil), Melaleuca Alternifolia Oil (Tea Tree Essential Oil).
